Known as Scotland's Bard, this park pays homage to the great writer Robert Burns with a cottage, a museum, and a monument. Spend a day examining his life in the late 1700's and early 1800's, view original manuscripts, and browse the gift shop for souvenirs. Walk through the gardens to reach the Grecian monument, which offers fine views of the Brig O'Doon, which Burns made famous in his piece "Tam O'Shanter." End on a modern note with the Tam O'Shanter Experience, the famous tale brought to life on three multimedia screens.
